Waiver

Activity waiver & release:

I understand that there may be some inherent risk of injury associated with both mine and my child’s (or children’s) participation in gymnastics and sports-related physical activities (“”Activities””) provided by The Little Gym® (operated under Citizen Kids Ltd) and its franchisee The Little Gym® Bath (together “”The Little Gym® Europe””). I hereby waive any and all claims of liability and agree to release and hold harmless the Little Gym® Europe in the event that such an injury occurs to myself or my child (or children) as a result of taking part in The Little Gym® Europe’s Activities, unless and to the extent that such injury or death is as a result of the negligence of The Little Gym® Europe or its employees, agents or representatives.

Medical attention :

I hereby give my permission to The Little Gym® Bath to procure medical attention for myself or my child (or children) in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness to myself or my child (or children) while participating in The Little Gym® Europe’s Activities which, in the opinion of a paramedic or medically trained practitioner, requires urgent medical attention and a parent, legal guardian or any given emergency contact are not available.
