General Terms & Conditions

Please note, your attendance at The Little Gym Bath is taken as your agreement to our terms and conditions, as laid out below. Thank you.

Payments, Refunds & Notice Period

Your membership at The Little Gym Bath is year-round and paid monthly, split into twelve equal payments. You will attend your regular class during term time. Payments can be made with cards via direct debit. The Gym is open 51 weeks of the year. During our holiday periods we offer classes and practice times which are included in your membership. We close for four days over the Christmas period and for four days over the Easter weekend. This is the only time where make up classes will not be issued. During the six-week summer holiday you will receive six ‘credits’ to use at The Little Gym. These can be exchanged for classes, camps, workshops and events during the holiday period.

If you wish to stop your membership at any time, we require one payment month’s notice in writing via email, after an initial enrolment period of one month. In term time, if your class falls on a Bank Holiday you will be given a make-up class. Any make up classes accrued during your enrolment must be used before their expiration date and before the end of your notice period. Unused make-up classes are non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable.

Block booking with a 10 class pass is available in our Bugs (4 – 10 months) class only. Your block will be valid for a period of 4 months from the purchase date. Spaces are bookable one week in advance for class passes and space is subject to availability in the class.

Once camps have been paid for, they are non-refundable, although, if we are given 48 hours notice, we can exchange a camp for another session, if we have availability. Our exclusive member events sell out quickly and are, once paid for, non-refundable. Once a birthday party deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

Make-Up Class Service

If you need to cancel a class please let us know via email by 9am on the day of your class. You will then receive a make-up class added to your account. Make up classes expire on the 21st July 2024. Make-up classes can be used in any available class either before the cancellation date or any time before their expiration, as long as you remain enrolled in the programme. It is your responsibility to book these sessions; unused make up classes hold no monetary value and cannot be refunded. Make-up classes cannot be gifted to siblings.

Temporary Closure Due to Local or National Lockdown

Should the local authority or Government temporarily close the gym we will continue the season with virtual classes. All membership terms and conditions will still apply, and fees will continue to be charged.
