Roles
gym instructors
Love being active and learning new physical skills? If you have an energetic, fun-loving attitude and love to learn new physical skills while being active and putting smiles on children’s faces, consider joining us as an Instructor. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. You will work with Gym Directors to create a fun and exciting environment for children and parents in every program.
program directors
You will be expected to quality control and enhance the program in a non-competitive and fun environment. Drive and teach excellence, oversee and enhance the program to guarantee that all classes adhere to The Little Gym International’s high standards. This full-time position requires approximately 60% teaching and 40% program management and instructor supervision. You will operate in a fun and non-competitive environment to lead and instruct program excellence.
gym directors
This full-time, career-level position is responsible for hiring, managing and training other staff, teaching limited classes, managing operations, providing outstanding customer service and selling The Little Gym program to new and existing customers. Gym Directors usually report directly to franchise owners.
