Josiah has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Bath and a real passion for strength, conditioning, and nutrition. A talented athlete and former member of The Little Gym Harpenden, he now leads as our Programme Director due to his extensive knowledge of the curriculum, and deep understanding of skill development and technique. He brings energy, expertise, and a great sense of fun to everything he does - helping children grow in confidence, skill, and self-belief while making sure they’re having the best time along the way

Sophie has a strong interest in early childhood development and as a Norland Nanny, she focuses on building children’s confidence, coordination, and independence through purposeful play and movement. Drawing on her background indance and ballet, Sophie brings structure, creativity, and a calm, encouraging presence to every class. She values the importance of connection, consistency, and supporting each child as an individual.

Liv is a highly skilled coach with a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, having competed with Cheer England. Known for her high standards, sharp eye for technique, and clear expectations, Liv brings structure and focus to every class, helping children build strength, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment.

India is Lead Instructor at The Little Gym Bath with a background in competitive gymnastics. She supports our Pre-K and Grade School classes, bringing a calm, encouraging presence and a thoughtful, child-centred approach. Currently studying at Norland College, India is especially focused on supporting each child’s individual progress and helping them feel confident, capable, and proud of their achievements.

Nailsea-born Holly brings a love of gymnastics and dance to her role. She adores children and is currently studying to be a nanny at the prestigious Norland College. She is also related to someone else in the team. Can you guess who? Hint, it's her OLDER sister and she has a reputation of "borrowing" her clothes.

Chew Valley born, Teacher Issey is an active squad gymnast and appeared on the BBC TV show Gym Stars, which went behind the scenes to explore the lives of some of the UKs most talented gymnasts. She can be found working weekends at The Little Gym Bath and at parties and camps. Ask her to show you her amazing aerial!

Teacher Kip joins us hot on the heels of working for a year at a local nursery. He is currently studying child psychology at Bath Spa University and is a cheeky presence around the gym. Sometimes its hard to tell who is having more fun-him or the kids!

Maisie has competed in elite gymnastics for seventeen years, medalling in several English and British Championship competitions. She has a Level One Women's Artistic Gymnastics qualification and has worked as a coach for six years before joining The Little Gym Bath. When she's not back handspringing across the gym, she's potting balls on the pool table!

Amie is our social media whizz. A former primary school teacher, she combines a keen knowledge of the early years curriculum, with a sly sense of humour and revels in posts that embarrass her fellow colleagues. She's also a mum to two talented gymnasts and married to a rock star. She's definitely the coolest cat in the room (besides Teacher Jos of course).
